Exciting Update: Run The Edge!

HAPPY MONDAY beautiful people! I could not wait to share with you all what I have been up to, besides growing a human..LOL…The reason I’ve been a bit MIA from blogging on LWNL is because I’ve joined Run The Edge as a blog contributor!!! I’m so creatively inspired by the amazing people that run Run The Edge as well as their mission..”Fitness, Fun, and Community are the three pillars of Run The Edge.”

It’s extremely important to me that I continue to offer my experience, expertise, and knowledge to better our communities and I can think of no better way then to collaborate with Run The Edge to continue to do so. So without further adieu here is my first blog feature with them. Enjoy!
