So excited to share that a few of my thoughts are featured in  MensFitness.com article The Scientific Reason Exercise and Meditation Help Depression. This article is based on a recent study published by Rutgers University This study, the first of its kind, researched both meditation and exercise as a combined intervention for the treatment of depression. The results are very promising!

If you have been a reader of my blog or followed me on social media you may have noticed that I am deeply passionate about mindfulness and meditation. I believe every athlete should have some sort of formal practice. Last year I started the formal process to become a certified meditation teacher and it has been an exciting process.
