Now.

We live in a world that encourages, and even rewards, the mutlitaker. While multitasking  can certainly be an effective and productive skill, however when used in excess and performed unconsciously multitasking can sabotage our present reality. In all honesty, when you multitask you are sending the message to yourself and to the world that these “things” that you are attending are not worth or do not deserve your 100% focus, effort, passion, or creativity. Take a moment to be brutally honest with yourself, not judgmental or critical, but objectively honest and take stock of the things you “multitask” on. Then remind yourself that you have the power to choose your actions, your actions represent messages, and the messages we send to ourselves become our present reality. So if you are anxious, worried, sad, depressed, or restless, it’s a good signal that you have lost sight of what is important…

When we come to awareness and accept that THE MOST IMPORTANT MOMENT IS NOW. We realize that what we FEEL RIGHT NOW matters, What we THINK RIGHT NOW matters, What we CHOOSE RIGHT NOW matters, What we PAY ATTENTION TO RIGHT NOW matters, How we interpret the world right NOW matters…As a result it creates, shapes, and manifests the creation of YOUR present moment that you are experiencing NOW.

Are you in love with your NOW? If not, take a breath, be present, be here, be now. Listen to your heart and remind yourself that is all you need. You are all you need, you are whole , you are perfect in this moment. Nothing more, nothing less.
