Weekend Meditation

“I hated every minute of training, but I said, ‘Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion’.”
― Muhammad Ali

Life is not all rainbows and sunshine. In reality it is a ebb and flow of good moments and not so good moments. What differentiates those that fall victim to the low moments and those that rise through them is faith, an unshakeable belief that what is hoped for/ envisioned/ and dreamed of will come to pass, and that we will rise even greater from having the knowledge, wisdom, and experience of our most highs, lows, and everything in between.

You see talent is a gift. Our genetics are biology. But the grit, determination, will, perseverance, and dedication is a product of our wisdom and experience. Don’t discount all you have been through. Become aware and appreciate that you’re doing the best you can with what you have. Praise the moments that you do not act our of fear but push into greatness. Acknowledge that you can accomplish anything up to the level of YOUR belief….

“Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”
Muhammad Ali

Keeping on reaching for your peak my friends!
